I’m Ed. I’m a qualified and accredited sex, relationship and ADHD coach who works with you to put yourself first, find confidence and figure out how have the life and relationships that light you up.

I always wanted to work with people. I’d worked in various support roles in the corporate world and enjoyed it, but knew I wanted to do something a little more in-depth.
I was offered the chance to do a coaching qualification with a previous employer and (after a quick Google to find out what coaching even WAS) decided to throw myself into it.
Since then, I’ve completely fallen in love with coaching.
I’ve gained hundreds of hours of experience working with so many amazing people, small businesses and international companies and have continued to learn new things every single day.

I feel so lucky that I get to work with fun, engaging people and watch as they literally change their lives.
My world feels so big because I work with such a range of individuals and businesses.
I get to spend my days doing something which is fun, purposeful and fosters connection.
Having had coaching myself, and coaching loads of clients through SO MANY different situations, I’ve seen how effective good coaching can be.
I love that I get to offer that kind of support to people every day.
